Everyone has a story and I hope to share as many of them as I can through the lens of my camera.

If you went home to my parent’s house and rummaged through our old home videos you may stumble upon one of me holding up my very first camera at the age of around 5. I danced around the living room snapping pictures of my brothers and the pure joy in my nature illuminated.

In high school, I saved just enough money up from birthdays and Christmas to buy my first DSLR camera - the cheapest canon I could find on amazon and their 50 mm lens. Falling in love more and more with capturing moments. But I had to pursue my more prominent love at the time - volleyball.

Born and raised in Indiana, I grew up playing volleyball which led me to Mississippi State University to play collegiate athletics. But after multiple hip surgeries and a few concussions, I had to sadly step away from the sport. Shortly after that decision, the Lord opened an internship position with MSU’s sports photography team and I pushed my fear aside and applied. The Lord provided the greatest opportunity for me to explore and refine the gift He graciously gave me and I was finally able to pursue this avenue of art fully for the first time in my life.

I graduated from MSU with a degree in journalism and I love connecting with people and telling their stories. However that may look for you I would love to connect and tell your story through photographs. ♡
